A charming, historic farmhouse at Kingswood. Available in Spring, Fall and Winter. Built in the 1850's, this home has been care fully restored, and modernized to improve its comfort. Comfortably houses 22 guests, dormitory style, in 4 bedrooms. A modern fully equipped kitchen, social room, 2 1/2 baths and the stunning Catskill Mountain surroundings, provide a memorable experience.

Guests bring their own bed linens and food. An overseer will open the facility, and close it after guests leave. Firewood is provided for the airtight stove, which can heat the entire house. Hot water and forced air heat are produced by modern heating units. Kitchen - Comes with refrigerator, 6 burner
commercial gas stove and oven; microwave and electric wall ovens,
dishwasher, 2-basin sink, plus extensive food prep gear.
Activities - Hike on trails, cross country ski in winter (you provide gear). Nearby Hancock has grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Weather - Mountain weather changes rapidly.
