Guests bring their own bed linens and food. An overseer will open the facility, and close it after guests leave. Firewood is provided for the airtight stove, which can heat the entire house. Hot water and forced air heat are produced by modern heating units.
Kitchen - Comes with refrigerator, 6 burner commercial gas stove and oven; microwave and electric wall ovens, dishwasher, 2-basin sink, plus extensive food prep gear.
Activities - Hike on trails, cross country ski in winter (no gear provided). Nearby Hancock has grocery stores, restaurants and shops.
Weather - Mountain weather changes rapidly. In the fall and spring, daytime high temperatures can range from 60 degrees all the way down to just 10 above. In winter, temperatures often drop below zero, and snow can fall frequently. Make sure you plan accordingly.
